**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and facilitate the production schedule to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate daily with the production manager to ensure open lines of communication and workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that may affect production.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to be a self-starter, highly motivated, and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as required by production demands.

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
