- Strong background in Accounting with Administrative experience
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Quick Books, Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is desirable
