As a screen printer, your main role is to Screen Print using a variety of equipment from single-color semi-automatics presses to multi-color presses using, UV, Solvent, and other ink types.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production screen printing of parts per routing, flow chart and drawings.
- Inspection of screen-printed parts.
- Print color validation to Pantone, RAL and/or Customer-provided control samples.
- Completion of appropriate job labour entries.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Lead Hand, Supervisor and/or Manager.

**What you bring to Ampco**:

- Min. 1 Years experience preferred (may train the right person).
- Familiarity with automatic and semi-automatic screen-printing presses is preferred.
- Experience and/or coursework in Print or Color Management a plus.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- A positive attitude and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Good eye-hand coordination.
- Eye for colour
