Reporting to the Division Manager - London Service, the focus of the Operations Administrator is mainly in supporting the London Service team. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the London accounts payable and technician hours related functions. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Respond as 1st point of contact on the main office telephone line during regular office hours (from 8am to 4:30pm)
- Issue purchase orders and work orders for technicians as required
- Ensure purchase orders are matched to corresponding supplier invoices as they are received
- Ensure work order requirements are completed for invoicing
- Coordinate new hire orientations with Human Resources for the London office including administration, training and resource coordination (such as cell phone and IT setup)
- Assist London staff with technological support as needed
- Provide vacation/leave coverage for the Service Coordinator role including responding to service requests and dispatching contracts, service calls and technician schedules
- Support special Operations projects as assigned by the Division Manager - London Service.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education preferred though not required

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3-5 years of Administration/Customer Service experience

**SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**

Intermediate knowledge and understanding of:

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on facility and business processes
- Organization and time management

Intermediate user of:

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system an asset
- DSI platform an asset
