**As a Product Advisor, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and Customer Service Index goals
- Be focused and committed to the sales process and always be focused on continuous improvement
- Efficiently utilize our Customer Management Tools to ensure proper follow up
- Providing highest level of customer service
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Must be highly self motivated
- Willing to follow processes
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well organized and detailed
- Have the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Possess a current VSA License
- A valid British Columbia Driver’s License and be able to present a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.
