Reporting to the Director of Operations, the IT Administrator will play a vital role in our continued success by ensuring that all IT systems in the Company are running smoothly and efficiently and that our team members and customers are provided with the IT support they need to function effectively.

- **The key duties and responsibilities you will perform**:_
- Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitors and maintains the Company’s IT network and infrastructure.
- Provides technical support across the Company via phone or in-person.
- Writes user instruction manuals and provides training to team members on new IT requirements, processes and workflows.
- Ensures all systems run smoothly and efficiently across the Company and ensures security and privacy measures are implemented to the latest standard.
- Handles User Management for the Company.
- Supports the Director of Operations with Project Management activities, including liaising with the Company’s third-party development teams.
- Assists the Director of Operations with special projects, as needed.
- **The knowledge and qualifications we are looking for**:_
- A minimum of **1-3** years of experience in a related IT role.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Ability to utilize and demonstrate a general understanding of all aspects of technology, servers, workflows, office automation, ERP systems, website technologies, and databases, etc.
- Experience with and understanding of development tools such as: SQL, C#, VB.net, VBA, Vbs, bat, html, xml, json, etc. would be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret end user questions and to troubleshoot effectively.
- Keen interest in technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly.
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and initiative to assist in other areas when requested or required.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, high ethical standards, respect and commitment to service excellence.
