Working closely to maintain industry standards of food hygiene practices and training other team members in this. Butchery of meat and fish and safe handling & storage of perishable items. Managing and training of younger chefs while monitoring portion and waste control.

Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time and climb stairs from basement prep kitchen to upstairs kitchen.

$17++ per hour to start.

Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
