We are currently recruiting for a full-time **Project Manager in our Restoration Division. **This position will be based out of our Bolton office at 27 Nixon Rd. and will require daily travel throughout the GTA.

**THE POSITION**
- Perform site inspections and accurately record all related details of any necessary emergency and repair work
- Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations
- Create and execute project schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage approximately 15-25 projects simultaneously
- Consistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project
- Collaborate with other team members to follow up on outstanding receivables
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- **5-7 years Project Management experience within the Restoration Insurance industry**:

- Familiarity Xactimate, Encircle and PSA
- Experience handling insurance claims valued at $75,000-250,000
- Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is required
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
- Valid IICRC certifications strongly preferred
- Experience working in or with various trades considered an asset
