Marketing Strategist

**Experience**: 1 - 2 years minimum
**Education**: School or savvily self-taught is welcome

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with Align’s Creative Director to create custom marketing strategies & campaigns both internally and for clients
- Be available for monthly 90-minute marketing strategy calls with Creative Director and clients. Frequency = 1 call per client/month
- Be available for quarterly 3-hour campaign strategy meetings with Creative Director and clients. Frequency = 1 meeting per client/quarter
- Create and execute custom marketing strategies & campaigns both internally and for clients
- Coordinate giveaways & promos for clients with influencers & aligned brands
- Put together monthly & quarterly reports for clients to showcase growth & campaign success metrics
- Work with designers to relay custom creative needed for social media strategies & specific campaigns
- Work with photographers to create shot lists for overall brand storytelling, marketing initiatives, specific campaigns and promotions
- Create post, pin & story graphics _[from professionally designed templates]_
- Create reels _[from a mix of media — some to be recorded with clients]_
- Research hashtags & stay on top of trends
- Write captions & content for internal & client social media content. Frequency:
3 posts/week & 1 reel/week _[per client]16 pins/month [per client]Engage on social channels by commenting and responding to questions/DMs_

**Bonus skills**:
**Advertising Experience**:

- Knowledge & experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager and Creator Studio

**Sales & Creative Copywriting**:

- Ability to write promotional and relationship-building newsletters internally & for clientsAbility to write website & marketing conversion copy internally & for clients _[website pages, sales pages, funnels, etc.]_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
