**OVERVIEW**:
The Business Intelligence & Insights Manager will manage, quantify & measure across multiple projects. You will have a critical role in ensuring consistent analysis for campaigns and quality output. You will act as a key interface for clients and will have a large share of client interaction as you work closely with the Account Management Directors to provide all research & analytics support.

**Your Impact**:

- Act as primary day-to-day contact on project development and execution by coordinating with upper management and client stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of marketing plans and client’s propositions to help formulate robust test & learn strategies and produce detailed Performance Measurement Plans prior to campaign launches
- Produce regular campaign reporting for our Account teams to share with clients, helping them understand the key drivers of performance and inform future activity
- Analyze and interpret marketing program results to drive future client marketing strategies
- Understand, recommend, and carry through on all aspects of measurement strategy, from conception, questionnaire design, recommendation, implementation, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of these deliverables
- Work in integrated fashion with client marketing insight and marketing professionals to make recommendations based on analyses and experience
- Create and present compelling presentations that tell a story, have a clear point of view, and provide media/business implications
- Present to internal stakeholders and clients on results of current projects
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction

**Your Skills**:

- Exposure to primary research (quantitative) and competitive intelligence methodologies and techniques
- Proficiency with systems such as SQL, Python, R, Social Analytics tools (Crimson Hexagon), Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of metrics: Media (e.g. impression, GRP, CPV etc.), Measurement analytics, quantitative business measures (LTV, ROI, Effectiveness, etc.) Statistics (Correlations, sample sizing, t-value VIF etc.)
- Experience presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner that
- cuts through the noise
- Experience in marketing analytics and/or digital media experience
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office and G-Suite
- Excellent communications skills when addressing both research and non-research audiences

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, marketing research and statistical analysis
