**Vendor Marketing Manager**

**What You'll Do**
- Collaborates with management to define and develop marketing strategies with the goal of obtaining maximum profitability within budget
- Identifies, and cultivates relationships with brand partners, third party vendors, etc. to leverage current offerings, opportunities, and successes
- Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets
- Manages marketing co-op budgets to maximize ROI
- Contracts and works with vendor partner for development and delivery of marketing programs
- Coordinates and manages applicable events
- May engage in contract negotiations
- May manage fee-based marketing programs focused on targeted markets
- May oversee the tracking of supplier rebates
- Continually collaborates with internal peers, and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies
- Develops and/or implements marketing policies and objectives
- Manages the introduction of new programs or features
- Defines the internal and external communication strategy for areas of responsibility
- Responsible for executing operational duties for vendor within organization
- Develops, implements and/or maintains all standardized marketing methodologies, tools and collateral of the assigned area ensuring consistent brand requirements for internal and external communications. Follows all current processes, regulations and specifications as required.
- Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Work may be reviewed for accuracy and quality.
- Position may involve packaging, moving, shipping marketing tools
- Other duties as assigned

**Financial Forecasting and Budget**:

- Execute and post Sales Programs and other assigned marketing programs accurately and on time with the required POP to finance
- Adhere to contract guidelines/compliancy - vendor specific and TD SYNNEX Corporation

**Measure Results**:

- Foster vendor relationships - vendor satisfaction
- Know the mutually agreeable upon vendor goals and ensure internal and external programs and promotions positively impact sales and vendor ROI
- Track and monitor the program's success - measure key metrics

**What We're Looking For**:

- Post-secondary education with a degree in marketing/advertising and/or communications would be preferred
- 3+ years marketing or communications experience
- 2+ years of marketing program/project management
- Ability to present to multiple levels of the organization as well as to external stakeholders
- Demonstrates a customer-focused professional demeanor
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to multi-task and stay focused
- Must be professional in attitude and demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
