Under the direction of the Director, Sales (SK), the **Customer Solutions Coordinator** will be the primary contact for large/fleet customers and liaise between dealership operations - parts, service, sales & precision to coordinate all parts and service requirements for customers and expedite through Mazergroup channels.

- Minimum of Grade 12, related post-secondary education
- Agriculture and/or mechanical background/aptitude
- Exemplary communication skills
- Keen awareness of customer service in a professional environment
- Organization and good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate initiative and identify and action process improvement opportunities
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong computer skills including Office 365
