Oppizi est le premier acteur majeur multi-channel dans le performance-marketing offline. Nous avons développé une technologie qui permet le suivi, et l'optimisation des campagnes de flyers. Nous proposons 3 channels, H2H (directement dans les mains des gens), Porte-à-porte (dans les boîtes aux lettres des gens), et Direct Mail (dans les boîtes aux lettres via le service postal national). Nous opérons dans plus de 10 pays, dont l'Australie, la Nouvelle-Zélande, les USA, le Royaume-Uni et le Canada. Nous avons le privilège de travailler avec des comptes phares tels qu'UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, et bien d'autres.

**Description**

**Supervision des mission on-site** : Vous serez responsable de veiller à ce que l'équipe des Brand ambassadeurs respecte les instrictions et fournirez le soutien necessaire pour les aider à améliorer leurs performances. Vous serez également proactif dans la recherche de moyens d'améliorer les campagnes tout en maintenant la communication avec une grande équipe d'ambassadeurs de marque. Environ 75-80% de votre temps sera consacré à la gestion sur site.

**Planification des ressources**: Établissez des plannings hebdomadaires pour les ambassadeurs de marque, en tenant compte des meilleurs emplacements basés sur une analyse hebdomadaire.

**Analyse des données**: Analysez les données de distribution avec Excel/Google Spreadsheet et déterminez le déploiement le plus efficace de l'équipe.

**Mapping de la ville**: En tant que tâche continue, vous serez responsable de la cartographie de la ville et de l'identification des meilleurs emplacements pour la distribution de tracts.

**Gestion des stocks** : Suivez les matériaux de la campagne tels que les tracts, les uniformes et les briefings à l'aide de la plateforme Oppizi ainsi que du site de stockage lui-même.

**Opérations parfaites** : Vous veillerez à ce que les opérations se déroulent conformément à nos normes. Vous rendrez compte chaque jour à notre équipe Ops dédiée, confirmerez les ambassadeurs de marque si nécessaire, prendrez des décisions sur site.

Ce rôle de City Manager est un poste dans un environnement au rythme soutenu. Ce rôle nécessite du travail à distance (télétravail), du travail à l'installation de stockage, et une surveillance en direct de l'équipe pendant la campagne.

**Pre-Requis**

Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste en opérations, avec une expérience de gestion sur site étant une exigence
- Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais

- Connaissance approfondie de la ville, y avoir vécu pendant au moins 6 ans ou plus.
- La possession d'une voiture est vivement recommandée.
- Solide expérience avec Excel ou Google Spreadsheets. Bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion d'équipe.
- Un ordinateur portable pour la formation, les réunions hebdomadaires et les sessions de planification.
- Vous êtes adaptable et à l'aise dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Vous êtes un bâtisseur de relations actif, capable de collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour améliorer constamment les processus et les flux de communication.
