MAINTENANCE/SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Medical Supplies and Equipment company located in Selkirk, Mb.

The service technician services, repairs and delivers medical equipment according to the supplied specifications.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Inspecting, troubleshooting, Servicing and repairing basic medical equipment both in the field and in store.
- Delivering, setting up, adjusting and installing medical equipment within a home and/or facility when required according to the work order specifications.
- Preparing all necessary paperwork accurately and following procedures.
- Instruct clients in the proper use of products.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized workplace.
- Responsible for regular maintenance and cleanliness of vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year experience in a service technician position is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical knowledge and experience with mechanical systems.
- Listens well and retains instructions.
- Requires pushing, pulling, including lifting of heavy items at times.
- Strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude.
- Work independently and problem solve when issues arise.
- Must have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills and be detail oriented.
- Valid drivers license.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Selkirk, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
