What is the opportunity?*
Reporting to the EVP, Global Strategic Partnerships, Zafin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to be part of the global partner team, focused on driving joint partner programs with key strategic global partners with who Zafin jointly develops cutting edge value propositions for some of the world’s largest banks. You will join our team in the NA region and be a partner facing individual with strong business, technical acumen and, ideally some background in the banking/financial industry. You will work as a trusted advisor internally and with major Partners to solve complex business challenges and drive execution.

What will you do?*
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects across major strategic partners, driving project components related to systems integration, use case and demo assets, sales, marketing, cloud use, and financial forecasting.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives - including across inter-related partners.
- Coordinate cross-project activities.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
- Identify and support resolution of program higher scope issues and conflicts across the orgnizations (both Zafin and Partner).
- Prepare reports for status updates to SLT and Board as needed.
**What do I need to succeed?**
**Must have**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5+ years of banking experience and product management in the financial services industry (retail, corporate, commercial banking, wealth management).
- 5 years in SaaS pre-sales and experience in conducting client meetings, preparing, and presenting solution proposals and demonstrations to clients to various stakeholders.
- Able to quickly create a mental map of FS technologies and systems.
- Experience in gathering requirements, solution design and storyboarding.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, Jira, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Show up and be a driving force with excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ideally some understanding of the inner working and challenges in the areas of product management, pricing, billing, and digital enablement in financial services industry.
- Strong presence, business awareness, and presentation skills are critical.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
- Creative thinker: able to present “the art of the possible”.
- Able to come up with innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Pro-active and has a strong desire to learn.
- “Can do” attitude, happy to be working on different clients at different times where needed, happy to jump on calls as required with prospects.
