**As the Human Resources Coordinator you will report directly to the Director, Human Resources, and be responsible for supporting Recruitment, WSIB Claims management and a number of critical HR Programs. This role will support multiple locations with the opportunity to work out of our Kitchener Office.**:
**The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing a consistently high standard of support to the Human Resources team in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Health & Safety, and other essential HR Programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in Human Resources and develop with a growing organization.**:
**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for administratively managing the recruitment function including;
- Job Posting creation
- Job Scorecard creation
- Managing our Applicant Tracking System (Jazz HR)
- Criminal Background testing
- Pre-employment testing
- Primarily responsible for full cycle recruitment of all office positions
- Provide backup recruitment support on driver recruitment
- Facilitates in-person new driver Provider onboarding
- Creates and updates recruitment and retention reporting
- Manages Social Media presence on multiple platforms; Linkedin, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed
- Administers WSIB Claims process;
- Incident reporting
- claims management
- coordination with external medical professionals
- return-to-work process
- Conduct research into OHS requirements and best practices, such as: PPE requirements and operational safety tools/technology
- Implement best practices as required
- Overseeing the Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings and issue-resolution
- Overseeing monthly Temporary Foreign Worker housing inspections
- Policy review and creation using First Reference
- Other tasks as reasonably assigned

**What you bring to the role**:

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- G Class License and access to a car when required
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Google
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of business objectives
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, or a Business-related discipline.
- Sound judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- A team player who is also able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Working Conditions**:

- Hybrid working environment, minimum 8 days per month in office/onsite
- Some travel as required to other offices and yards across GTA and Southwestern Ontario
- Provide support outside of traditional office hours as required
