**Accounts Receivable Clerk**
**Department: Accounting**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Computing, posting and recording collections data
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
- Issue final notices on overdue accounts and identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Credit Applications
- Make collections calls

**Required Languages**
- Proficiency in English and French is required

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma, or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Minimum job experience of 3 years
- Proven working experience as an accounting clerk
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- proven ability to calculate, post and manage figures
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
