- Reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and care taking
- Respond to any emergency repairs and interact with contractors
- Perform check on mechanical room and handle garbage
- Conduct routine property and site inspection and perform maintenance as required or as instructed
- Perform spot checks and monitor general upkeep of all properties to ensure cleaning and maintenance is being completed or issues being reported to supervisor
- Assist with snow removal and salting of driveways and customer walkways-ensure customer/employee safety
- Manage and maintain all outdoor property-including but not limited to doors, paint, windows, etc.
- General repairs
- Assisting with Sales and Service Porter’s duties when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with basic repairs and renovations (i.e., patching, painting, plumbing, light bulb replacement, etc.)
- Experience with snow plowing preferred
- Sky-jack operation and working from heights experience preferred
- Experience with light electric tools
- Experience communicating and working with third-party vendors
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to details
- Familiar with Health and Safety requirements
