We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our **Building Maintenance.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, and minor repairs.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for renovations and events.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Support the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including landscaping and snow removal, assisting Facilities Team to perform Preventive Maintenance tasks and general services installations.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when performing tasks.
- Monitor tools and other necessary materials used for facilities operations.
- Assist with the coordination of waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
- Accompany and assist third party suppliers on site
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in general labor or maintenance roles is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work safely in various environments, preferably in food industry.

- Scissor Lift Operator Training
