**Job Summary**

There is an opportunity for an early or middle career Clinical Psychologist to join a well-established, very busy Cognitive Therapy Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

**About Us**

The Ottawa Centre for Cognitive Therapy is a dynamic private clinic. The CCT is very busy, providing approximately 12,000 therapy sessions per year. There are currently 12 therapists, all licensed in Ontario. The workplace atmosphere is collegial, with weekly scheduled consultation and discussion, as well as social opportunities to get to know your colleagues.

The yearly range of pay is $150,000 (for those in Supervised Practise opting to see roughly 25 clients per week) to $180,000 (for those in Autonomous Practise opting to see roughly 25 clients per week). Your hours are flexible, established in collaboration with the directors. There is ample opportunity for advancement to the Senior Psychologist position, which is accompanied with substantial (over $40,000) increased compensation for undertaking supervision of more junior therapists.

**Requirements**:

- Have completed a clinical PhD program in Psychology, or equivalent
- Have completed their clinical internships and 1 year residency
- Be registered, or immediately eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Have training and a key interest in CBT
- Have a commitment to further developing their therapy skills within a CBT orientation
- Have a dedication to integrating an academic orientation with clinical practice
- Enjoy working in a collegial workplace atmosphere
- Eligible to work in Canada
- English essential
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
