**The Role**:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Accounts Payable Assistant is a dual role responsible for both serving customers via the telephone & online and supporting the Accounting Manager with accounts payable duties and order processing. The CSR/AP assistant understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.

**Tasks**:

- Input new leads into the CRM system
- Assist customers & provide basic information about Enviroshake products
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary
- Register customer warranties
- Manage the contractor certification submissions
- Keep customer databases current
- Process orders in Quickbooks
- Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Assisting with month end accounting reports & duties
- Other projects as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
- CRM experience is preferred
- Quickbooks experience is preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- A certificate or diploma in a related field preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be located in Chatham-Kent area

**GENERAL**
- Full time position (8:00 to 5:00)
- Competitive pay based on experience

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
