**Scope**: This role starts out as a director, with the opportunity to transition into a pastoral role beyond the areas of worship and tech. The objective is to cultivate a vibrant worship experience using stage design, lighting, sound, and tech to disciple worship leaders in both large group (weekend services) and small group (micro-church) environments. It requires the ability to multiply leaders on the team and a commitment to biblical teaching.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- **Pastoral Leadership**:Provide spiritual leadership and guidance in various areas of ministry, ensuring alignment with the church's vision and mission.
- **Worship Leadership**:Lead and develop the worship ministry in both large group and small group environments. Recruit, train, and empower worship team leaders and members, tech volunteers, and other ministry leaders to cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork. Participate on a staff team as a valued member seeking to use your God-given talents to build His church.
- **Design Team Service Planning**:Lead and coordinate our Design Team in planning worship experiences for weekend or special services that are engaging and meaningful.
- **Team Building and Development**:Recruit, train, and mentor worship team leaders and members, tech volunteers, and other ministry leaders to cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- **Technology Integration**:Utilize technology to enhance various aspects of ministry, including live streaming services, facilitating excellence in sound& lighting and implementing multimedia presentations during worship services.
- **Collaboration with Millwoods Christian School (MCS)**:Foster connections with MCS pastors, seeking to enhance their chapel worship experiences and mentor their student-led worship ministry.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:Collaborate with administration for tasks related to the worship and tech ministry, including budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- **Continual Growth**:Pursue personal and professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills, theological understanding, and technological proficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Personal commitment to Jesus Christ, baptized by immersion and living a lifestyle consistent with biblical principles.
- Walk in the filling of the Holy Spirit and dependent on His resources for life and ministry.
- Minimum (preferred) of a bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pastoral ministry, worship leadership, and technology integration within a church context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Proficiency in musical instrumentation and vocal leadership (preferred).
- Technical proficiency in audio-visual equipment, sound & lighting systems, live-streaming platforms, and multimedia software.
- Familiar with Pro Presenter, Planning Center software, and Click Tracks.
- Servant leader mentality, with a passion for equipping others for ministry and fostering a culture of excellence and authenticity.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead with humility, integrity, and grace.
- Flexible and adaptable to navigate the evolving landscape of ministry and technology.
