Scheduling Coordinator/customer Service

We are a manufacturer of custom glass and mirror products, serving the GTA and surrounding areas within the residential construction industry since 1980. We have immediate openings for the following positions, which are full-time permanent placements**:Scheduling Co-ordinator/Customer Service**
- Schedule all orders daily for installation within routes for installation crews
- Co-ordinate scheduling of crews with jobsite superintendants to meet their schedule requests and deadlines
- Provide courteous and expedient customer service to all customers
- Process and track all orders pertaining, and maintain detailed notes on all pertinent information for all orders
- Address all incoming service and warranty work requests expediently and maintain written records of all service for future reference
- Verify measurement and pricing information pertinent to orders in your care and liase with Sales Department to answer all order related questions in an expedient fashion
- Track all orders by Lot #’s for all jobsites and ensure orders are not duplicated
- Communicate regularly with all departments to ensure accuracy and clarify any discrepancies
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
