The primary role of this position is the supervision of clients and staff, coordination of activities, including maintenance. Provides clients with life skills training and cultural awareness directly and through resources, positive, clean and safe environment. Handle crisis situations provide appropriate reports and progress documentation. perform all duties and activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities and Activities: This position supports the staff, and children in the Ben Calf Robe Society Group Homes. Specific supports provided include, but are not limited to, meal planning and preparation. Facility cleaning, maintenance, and laundry.

Education and Skill Requirements:

- Post Secondary education in a related or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Intervention Record check
- Experience working in supervisory role is important.
- Experience working with young children
- Advanced skills in windows, Microsoft Office (word, Outlook, Excel. etc.) necessary.
- Reporting and documentation skills are critical.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Critical thinking and assessment skills.
- Interact with others in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with staff, clients and stakeholders.
- Be able to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects while carrying out ongoing responsibilities.
- Commitment to confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
- Flexible
- Shift work, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
