**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

- This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of Specialists to design performance-driven learning solutions. It is accountable for L&D workflow management and ensuring overall solution quality, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of training programs and updating them as necessary
- Prioritize and organize the design and development of all leadership, operational, technical training and performance support initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer support as required
- Oversee and/or conduct the development of tools and processes to evaluate and assess the delivery and effectiveness of all solutions
- Contribute to the L&D Management team to leverage learning solutions, while ensuring alignment to business priorities and preventing duplication
- Ensure all solutions support TJX Canada’s culture, Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors, applicable operating procedures and compliance requirements
- Facilitate training programs for multiple levels of management, as required

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

- 7-10 years’ experience in Learning & Development, specifically leading teams and designing management and leadership development programs, OR equivalent Human Resources experience
- Experienced and certified in instructional design, facilitation and adult learning principles
- Strong leadership skills, with focus on coaching, mentoring and active listening. Strong team orientation with focus on team success. Willing and able to support other team members
- Strong project and time management skills, with proven ability to lead many projects and teams concurrently
- Passion and strong belief in continuous learning
