**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control**: Implement quality control procedures to ensure product or service consistency. Regular inspections and audits should be conducted to identify deviations from quality standards. Work closely with production or service teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Train staff on quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Purchasing**: Source vendors to obtain competitive pricing for goods and services. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information. Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs and budget requirements.
**Human Resources**: Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
**Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in quality control, HR administration, purchasing and production. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS and ERP systems. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per hour
