**Job Description**:
AECOM is searching for a Project Information Manager to be based in our Winnipeg, MB office. This is an on-call position expected to last approximately one year.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ oversight and guidance of the procurement process for a large wastewater treatment plant upgrade,

+ development of protocol for the procurement process

+ review of documents,

+ guidance on standards and process,

+ review of processes for adherence to the procurement process

+ review of documents with respect to Fairness

+ oversight of project and program teams with respect to Fairness

+ oversight of project and program teams with respect to client requirements

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum requirements**:
+ Bachelor’s degree + 10 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Certificate + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education; all including a minimum of 2 years of leadership

**Preferred qualifications**:
+ Education in procurement or supply chain management

+ Extensive experience with procurement processes in public sector organizations
