Spa Concierge

We’re Hiring a Spa Concierge for a fixed term contract to Work the Front Desk at our Established Skin Clinic.

Here at Meta Esthétique, we are looking for a spa concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

Meta Esthétique offers fully customized skin care treatment plans and regimens so that our guests can look and feel their best, and age gracefully.

**REQUIREMENTS**
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

- Checking clients in and out of their services
- Answering phones to book appointments and handle guest requests
- Offering retail options
- Social media skills
- Overseeing facility maintenance in accordance to standards
- Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of the space
- Love of the beauty industry

The position requires:

- Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (français + english)
- Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

This is a part-time position that will evolve into full time, starting in June. We're looking to having you start in May.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
