We are looking for an API Integration Specialist (Card Issuance) to support our business growth in Toronto. The API Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining seamless support for merchants to integrate with our credit card issuance system. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve optimal system functionality.

**How You Will Contribute**:
Collaborate with developers and system architects to ensure the successful deployment of integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including API document, design specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training to end-users and support teams on the proper usage and maintenance of integration solutions.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates on integration projects and address any challenges.

**What you bring to the table**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Min 3 years of proven experience as an Integration Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in payment APIs.
**Must be familiar with the following programming languages**: Java, C#. PHP, JavaScript, HTML
Proven work experience with APIs, web services (REST) and data formats (JSON, XML).
Proven work experience with API Gateway services and API security
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex integration issues.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Agile development experience
Experience working with payment or credit processing companies is an added advantage
