**Role Overview**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced individual in the nuclear industry to join our growing team. This role involves working on-site at a client's facility in the Monitoring & Diagnostics Center to monitor, detect and diagnosis equipment health issues. This role requires strong analytical skills and a technical background with understanding of mechanical/thermal/Instrumentation and Control Systems. The role requires that the Analyst be on site at Bruce Power full-time.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop, train, and tune Advanced Pattern Recognition (APR) models to monitor equipment and system condition - you will work with various types of equipment fleetwide (pumps, motors, generators, turbines, transformers, etc.)
- Monitor APR models for alerts and perform validation of alerts
- Inform station on equipment issues as appropriate - help establish standard communication protocols between M&D Center and station
- Support Continuous Online Monitoring Team on sensor installation projects
- Support creation of job aids, program documents, dashboards, etc. to standardize M&D Center process

**What you bring to the table?**
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience preferred in the areas of Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, I&C, or Data Science.
- You have strong analytical capabilities and are passionate about working with new technologies.
- You possess growth mindset with a drive to constantly learn and bring change to the industry.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada - and preferably have a nuclear security clearance.
