As the Student Financial Officer will be responsible for:

- **Qualifications**:

- To be successful in this role you will have:

- **4 to 7years of related work experience.**:

- **Experience working as a Financial AID officer a must**:

- **Strong knowlege of quick books and accounting Practices**.
- A strong background in customer service and sales.
- Proficient with MS Office, primarily Word and Excel.

**Hours of Work**:Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm
- **Work Location**:This position is based out of Scarborough location

Making sure that student packaging is Important to meet the monthly starts budget.Follow up with students on a daily basis to make sure all files are completely packaged for starts on time.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in business or finance from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience for at least three within the Private Career College industry an asset.
- Strong orientation towards high-volume, fast-paced, time sensitive business operations
- Successful in maintaining exemplary customer service
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently within a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word PPT, Zoom, google classroom

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
