**Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious and creative digital and social media marketer to help continue in building a strong and scalable brand, grow our online presence, increase users, and contribute a meaningful mission. This person will be responsible for the company’s social media channels, content creation, ad management, influencer campaign management, SEO and CRO and overall marketing strategies. We are looking for a sharp, fun, enthusiastic, analytical, and entrepreneurial marketer that has a track record of launching and growing thriving brands online. This person will be given a lot of autonomy and responsibility. We are a goal orientated company, with aggressive objectives. This role is a key proponent in the success of us reaching those goals. You will work with the second-generation Company Owner and VP of Store Operations for planning and strategizing but will largely take full responsibility for these realms.

**Responsibilities Include and not limited to**:

- Driving brand awareness
- Develop strategies that drive traffic from social media to our website
- Executes a results-driven social media strategy across all Aldila platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Create content (e.g. making Instagram Reels, doing product shoots, filming & editing videos)
- Creates, posts, and shares compelling social media content (text, images, video, and hashtags) that aligns with channel-specific goals
- Copywriting and proofing social media posts
- Uses creative and tactical trends to drive social media growth and engagement
- Responds to online reviews and proactively monitors, listen, and responds to users, acting as our voice and engaging in conversations via social channels
- Measures and reports on social media strategies based on key metrics, content and campaign performance and provide suggestions for content optimization and improvements
- Designs, creates, and manages promotions and Social Media campaigns
- Ability to track, log, and assess social insights and analytics on the effectiveness of each campaign
- Other tasks as noted

- You are extremely passionate about digital marketing and social media
- You have directly contributed to social media marketing efforts that have translated into company growth and increased sales/users
- You have hands-on experience leveraging brands and marketing campaigns
- You can take creative direction and turn it into something beautiful and powerful
- You are data-driven, goal oriented and strategic marketer, who enjoys tackling challenges and solving problems
- You are highly driven and capable of making decisions on your own yet are also collaborative and a team player
- You have a strong eye for design and brand image.
- You are excited and motivated to be part of an impactful mission.
- You are a creative thinker and self-starter. You thrive in challenging environments
- You have experience in social media, with a background in copywriting, graphic design, content creation (photography, videography)
- You have superior writing ability and communication skills so that our brand voice is broadcast to our followings in an authentic, relatable way.
- You have experience in Graphic Design / Photo Editing (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- You can work on multiple projects, fast timelines, and with different personalities
- You carry a positive can-do attitude
- You are reliable and punctual
- You are fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
