- Pay is dependent on experience, performance, and qualifications;
- Rotation schedule will vary in accordance with the particular project, however regular in/out schedule will be determined and communicated to employees in advance;
- Hours of work per day vary but are regularly 10-12 hours per day, with applicable overtime rates;

Based in Stony Plain, AB and reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Field Supervisor in estimating, project planning and coordinating activities. They will provide project support through document control, scheduling, vendor management, the development of project methodologies. This work will be completed in a manner which ensures projects are completed in an effective and timely manner, while maintaining a high level of safety and upholding company-wide goals.

There is some physical work when in the field. Rig in, Run and operate equipment, tank entry, etc..

**What Skills Do You Need?**
- Must be highly skilled and experienced Tank Specialists who have worked as a Lead hand or Supervisor.
- Completion of post-secondary education in Construction, Procurement, or Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of previous and proven Project Coordination experience
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
- Experience working in specific Project Management and Scheduling Software an asset
- Professional demeanor
- Safety-focused and experience in safety oil and gas required
- Self-motivated and organized
- Physically fit
- Able to rig in rig out and handle physical portion of job on site.
- Autocad / Visio experience an asset

Job challenges include organizing, communicating and distribution project information to Stakeholders, maintaining client relationship ensuring RJM Products and Services meet or exceed expectations. Developing project schedules, and budgets. Evaluating success of projects and how closely execution (actual) meet estimate.
