Outscape Group Inc. is an established maintenance, landscape design/build, and snow plowing contractor in business now for more than 25 years. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to join our snow removal team (commercial & industrial sites), with fulltime employment in the spring in maintenance, construction.

We are a family owned and operated business with a solid and long-term customer base and we have built a reputation for quality, dependable and prompt service. Hours of work are generally 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday throughout summer season, with seasonal Saturday work. Winter hours and start times do vary due to the nature of snow removal business. We are constantly looking for individuals who bring value and possess a great attitude, on board our team. We are located South of Cambridge (Primary Yard) & Hamilton Mountain (Secondary Yard) and provide landscape and associated services throughout the surrounding area. All work is local with mínimal travel requirements.

**Snowplow Operators/Labours**:

- Must be well versed in all aspects of snow clearing operations
- Open availability for on-call work, as snow events dictate and we are responsible for ensuring our clients facilities are clear prior to opening hours
- Knowledge/experience of at least one type of snow removal equipment: Truck w/plow, Skid-Steer, Loaders, Ag Tractor, Sidewalk Equipment, Salters, etc.
- Valid G license with current clean abstract and own vehicle mandatory (to get to our work place/shop).
- Able to meet time deadlines and short notice orders
- Team oriented player - able to work along side a crew and to work alone as needed
- Have a positive attitude, be dependable and reliable
- Quality workmanship and detail oriented
- Year-round full-time positions available as well

**To qualified individuals we offer the following**:

- Starting wages at $ 20-35 /hr depending on experience - with premium for overnight work
- On-call pay (on top of hourly wage for hours worked)
- Banked hour system available to ensure consistent pay through any slow times, by guaranteeing a minimum pay (full time staff)
- Company paid benefits (after probation)
- Well maintained and newer vehicles and equipment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
