**What will you work on?**
Reporting to the EVP of Product, the **Principal Product Manager **will lead a team of passionate product professionals and guide the development and execution of a visionary product strategy. This includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence and customer-centricity within our organization. The ultimate goal is to drive the creation of products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ensuring exceptional experiences throughout every touchpoint of the user journey. As a member of our leadership team, the Director,Product will have a strategic vision that will guide the roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term growth objectives, ultimately contributing to the success of both our customers and the company.

As **Principal Product Manager** **at Clariti, you'll get to:

- Drive the product vision and strategy
- Lead the orchestration, communication and collaboration of delivery team missions
- Lead the Product Management team by developing goals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Work with Product and Engineering leads to capture and prioritize initiatives
- Work with Product and Engineering leads to generate a product roadmap
- Create a prioritized list of initiatives which aligns with customer needs and market demands
- Categorize features by classifying them in relation to strategic goals and initiatives
- Lead efforts in articulating how solutions should solve problems for target markets
- Capture insights from wins and losses to assist the overall product strategy
- Lead efforts in evaluating the competitive landscape
- Manage and facilitate all the activities of the Product / Software Development Life Cycle (PDLC/SDLC)
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

**What you bring to the team?**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experienced in Product / Software Development Life Cycle (PDLC/SDLC) methodology
- Experience with agile project management and goal setting frameworks (e.g. OKRs)
- Experience using collaboration products (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc)
- Previous experience with SaaS solutions
- Be able to communicate with a variety of internal and external audiences and clearly articulate the product vision
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading through influence and working effectively with executive teams
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
