**VOTRE MANDAT**

Responsabilites:

- Coordonner le bon service en ce qui concerne le pass et le ramassage de la nourriture.
- Organiser la journée de préparation pour les cuisiniers et les restaurants ; superviser la mise en place et la préparation de la ligne.
- Informer le superviseur des articles en faible stock ou peut commander les aliments nécessaires. Aider à recevoir les articles et à faire l'inventaire au besoin.
- Maintenir des normes d'assainissement et de propreté dans la cuisine qui respectent ou dépassent les exigences d'inspection et d'hôtel du conseil de santé de l'État et local. (DE LA MAPAQ)
- Signalez tout équipement dangereux ou défectueux au superviseur.
- Participer à la formation du personnel de cuisine ; s’assurer que toutes les tâches du cuisinier ont été accomplies pendant le quart de travail.
- Capacité à exécuter des fonctions avec un minimum de supervision
- Peut aider en effectuant la vaisselle ou d'autres tâches de cuisine, selon les besoins.
- Peut aider avec d'autres tâches assignées
- Dans l'exercice de vos fonctions, vous respecterez toutes les normes de Carma Hospitality.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent, plus de 2 ans d'expérience en préparation culinaire comme Garde Manger, ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience en préparation culinaire. Certification de formation ou d’apprentissage culinaire ou certification Sceau rouge.

Ce travail nécessite la capacité d'effectuer les tâches suivantes:

- Transporter ou soulever des objets pesant jusqu'à 50 livres
- Rester immobile pendant de longues périodes
- Se lever et se déplacer aisément dans la cuisine
- Manipuler aisément des aliments, des objets, des produits et des ustensiles
- Se pencher, se baisser, s'agenouiller
- Connaissance de la cuisine italienne, des préparations de pâtes fraîches et des sauces.

Autre:

- Les compétences en communication (écrite et orale) sont utilisées une grande partie du temps lors des interactions avec les autres cuisiniers, les serveurs ou les invités.
- Les capacités de lecture et d'écriture sont souvent utilisées lors de la préparation de repas à partir d'une recette, pour aider à la planification du personnel de cuisine ou pour suivre l'inventaire.
- Etre capable d' utiliser ses capacités de résolution de problèmes et de raisonnement
- Les compétences mathématiques, notamment les mathématiques de base, les pourcentages, les quantités et les variances, sont fréquemment utilisées.
- Certificat de sensibilisation à l'alcool et/ou permis de service alimentaire ou carte de santé/de manutentionnaire d'aliments valide, comme l'exige l'agence gouvernementale locale ou provinciale.(MAPAQ)
- Être ouvert à travailler la nuit, le week-end et/ou les jours fériés.
