Key Holder/supervisor

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring store policies are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer engagement.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining financial records.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors as necessary to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects company standards.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail management or as a retail clerk is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and vendors.
- Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
