**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will support the Project Manager and/or project team in activities including: project initiation, planning, execution, and closing. The Project Coordinator will track project budgets and progress, develop schedules, document meetings and follow-up on action items, update Gantt Charts and schedules and coordinate with third party vendors/contractors.

**Responsibilities include**: Provide support to the Project Manager and/or project team during the initiation phase to ensure success in meeting the needs of the business unit and the organization. Provide effective project administration support to ensure the preparation and planning for project kick-off. Plan for communications and scope management, identifying responsibilities and risks, and determining what resources are required. Provide support to the Director, Project Manager and/or project team in the execution of the project. Monitor and report on activities to observe project execution and to avoid and/or mitigate potential risks. Support the Director, Project Manager and/or project team in the formal acceptance of the project and the ending thereof. Performing the associated administrative activities, such as the archiving of files and documenting lessons learned.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.

**Job Requirements**: Education**
- Successful completion of a two-year diploma in Business, or other related field; an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
- Project Management Certification, such as Certified Project Manager (CPM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in managing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate well with various stakeholders to understand business needs.
