As a Renovations Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of renovation projects from start to finish. You will supervise a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve hands-on work, training, and mentoring your team to develop their skills and ensure successful project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage renovation projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Supervise and lead a team of two, providing training and mentorship.
- Perform full-scale carpentry, painting, drywalling, mudding/taping, and cabinet installation tasks.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in full-scale carpentry, painting, drywalling, mudding/taping, and cabinet installation.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
