**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

**Position**: Carpenter Apprentice - General Labourer

**Location**:Edmonton and Area

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience with standard Carpentry hand tools and willing to operate power tools efficiently. General carpentry tasks to be completed through the week.
- Perform all medium to heavy duty labour requirements (i.e. Shoveling, Raking, Sweeping, Carrying Loads etc.)
- Regularly assist Site Foreman and Site Supervisors.
- Complete all daily logs, safety assessments, and timesheets.
- Assist in pre-worksite setup and post-worksite cleanup.
- Experience with standard Carpentry hand tools and willing to operate power tools efficiently.
- Previous experience with tools is recommended.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Valid Drive License and clean Drivers Abstract.
- Must have a strong work ethic and an ability to work in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and possess a willingness to learn.
- Able to always communicate in a courteous and professional manner.
- Can easily understand and follow directions from others.
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment, mainly outside with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Able to work out of town if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift minimum
- Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday of added OT)

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Any out of town work gets paid travel and LOA

Work Location: Typical One location Daily

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
