**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing keyboarding lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Support classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of adaptive technologies is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-07-08
