- Knowledge of project intake, documentation, testing and high-level plans
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collect and organize significant amounts of information
- Organized with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively handle critical issues or competing priorities
- Ability to effectively facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups
- High level knowledge with data and technology concepts
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Inquisitive and comfort challenging current practices
- Working knowledge of Capital Markets products, processes and systems would be a significant benefit
- Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and system owners to determine the financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.
- Verify the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and develop strategies for improving these systems.
- Conduct counseling sessions and provide guidelines to junior executives.? Design methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
