Agriculture and Agri-Foods Canada:
**Duties**:
The administrative assistant provides administrative support to the Integrated Services Management team at the Quebec City Research and Development Centre.
The main functions are:
- Invoice processing;
- Processing travel requests and expense reports following a business trip;
- Management of generic mailboxes;
- Processing of hiring requests, departures, training, security investigations, etc.;
- Responding to internal and external client questions

Experience in providing administrative support in finance.
