**Duties**:
CUSTODIAN
Key Activities:
- Providing diversified cleaning service to specific buildings and/or areas including operating industrial janitorial equipment
- Removal of ice/snow/lead/garbage and recycling
- Relamping light fixtures
- Performing minor maintenance and minor service to janitorial equipment.

**Conditions of employment**:
Security Clearance: Royal Canadian Mounted Police Enhanced Reliability Status
Available to work various hours of work as operationally required which may include: weekdays, weekends, holidays or nights
Lifting and carrying heavy objects (maximum of 20kg/44 lbs) while practicing proper safety procedures
Using and climbing ladders (maximum of 10 feet) while practicing proper safety procedures
Cleaning and disinfecting areas during outbreak situations
