**Responsibilities**:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:

- **Customer Guidance**: Assist residential customers through the sales cycle, providing expertise on the selection of suitable HVAC solutions for their homes.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings and consumer incentives to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- **Sales Material Development**: Create effective sales materials that communicate the features and benefits of our HVAC products.
- **Quoting and Proposals**: Generate customer quotes using sales tools and selection programs, ensuring accuracy and transparency in pricing.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records through internal reporting systems to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to and resolve customer concerns, providing excellent service throughout the entire customer journey.
- **Training**: Conduct customer training sessions, both virtually and in-house, to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular updates on key sales reports and metrics as requested by leadership.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve assigned sales metrics and annual targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate our company's offerings and value proposition to customers.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for soliciting customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in the HVAC industry is highly preferred.
- Valid G-Class Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration, is considered an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, stay motivated, and make effective decisions.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally

**Hours**:
The Sales Representative will work variable hours per week to accommodate customer needs and business demands.

**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive compensation and bonus structure, determined based on experience. This position is fully commissioned.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Work Location: On the road
