Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative at Raptor

Job Summary: Raptor is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals in a competitive and rewarding environment. This is a commission-based position with an annual target of $50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knocking on doors to introduce Raptor's products and services to potential customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions customers may have
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborating with other sales team members to achieve overall team goals
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions: This is a seasonal position from March 1st to the last day of November every year, as our work is seasonal. You will spend most of your time working outside and on your feet, engaging with potential customers. The job is commission-based, so your earnings will depend on your sales performance. However, the potential for high earnings is significant, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

**Salary**: $50,529.00-$55,563.00 per year
