We are looking for a friendly, motivated, efficient and customer focused Spa Coordinator who is also social media savy The Spa Coordinator will be the face of this beautiful day spa located in the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Delta, B.C. You will provide excellent customer service, product knowledge and information on the spa, services and products. You will be coordinating guest booking needs and answering questions about the spa, treatment menu and hotel facilities. You are team-oriented, have a passion for customer service, value a healthy lifestyle and have a growth mindset. We’re looking for someone to utilize their experience and enthusiasm for customer service while providing a memorable experience for our clients in a bright, relaxing and beautiful environment

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, provide excellent customer service
- Educate clients about our services, products and spa menu
- Process all sales, manage cash and POS payments
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused, with a friendly disposition and ability to problem solve
- Maintain cleanliness of spa, reception and treatment rooms
- Must be well-groomed and adhere to spa dress-code policy
- Evening shifts, weekend availability

**Salary**:

- Hourly
- Retail commission
- Discount on retail products

**Education & Experience**:

- Previous experience with a spa booking software an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm, friendly, calm, and caring nature
- Flexibility to work combination of weekdays and holidays
- A guest-focused attitude which contributes to memorable guest experiences
- Experience and interest with Instagram, Facebook, Hootsuite and Canva an asset
- All applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada in order to be considered
