**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of Marketing campaigns across the company’s lines of business (Extendicare, ParaMed, SGP, and Assist).

This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model. Some limited travel to attend regional meetings and visit home and community facilities will be required.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the development and implementation of cross-channel marketing campaigns for Extendicare (all divisions: long-term care, ParaMed, Assist, and SGP)- Develop a diverse array of marketing materials, including collateral, trade shows, signage, photos, and videos for all divisions- Partner with the Director of Marketing and external agencies in the development of marketing plans and manage the media budgets for our retirement residences- Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions and events with retirement residences sales teams- Liaise with external partners such as media and creative agencies- Leverage analytics and competitive analysis to help create new campaigns- Support the optimization of marketing channels and ROI- Collect data on marketing campaigns and develop dashboards to present results to the leadership team- Support the Marketing team with internal events and conferences coordination- Ensure ongoing communication with the Public Affairs team and other department leads

**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in marketing or communication- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or communications.- Must have experience in media buying- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Must have experience in graphic design with proficiency in Illustrator.- Must have experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked Campaign Manager, Google Analytics- Strong organizational and creative skills- Effective communication skills with fluency in English- Flexibility to attend events or visit homes or regional offices- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
