**Lead Administrative / Administrative staff.**

For over 30 years, The Safehaven Project for Community Living has been providing exceptional care to children with developmental disabilities and complex care needs.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, family-centered, and community-based residential and respite care for individuals with complex care needs.

Safehaven serves individuals with disabilities and their families, through respite and residential programs at our Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Woodbridge, and Aurora facilities, as well as client homes.

That’s why we are currently exploring opportunities to expand our service offerings beyond children to include adults, developing programs and services to care for more medically complex individuals, and implementing innovative therapy and recreational programs for our existing and future clients. We are working on various projects including rebuilding of the main location of the company.

**Role Summary**
- Supporting the administrative work of the headquarters of the company. Support the executives and directors of the organization and act as the company's focal point.
- Supporting the Director of Operation and Excellence of Services with diverse areas of HR, IT, Finance and Operation and ensuring the support of many ongoing projects and coordinating and attending the various meetings.
- Administrative and office management duties, daily tasks and other ad-hoc duties are completed in a timely manner.
- The hybrid model with 3-4 days of onsite work is required.

**Responsibilities**
- **S**upport the Director of Operation and Excellence of Services by connecting and communicating with various departments of HR, IT, Finance and Operation.
- Coordinating and attending internal and external meetings to support the Director of Operation and other Executives and ensure meeting minutes.
- Support the Executive and Director of Operation with various tasks, including various project planning and tracking of the projects.
- Other duties may be assigned by leaderships

**Qualification**
- Completion of College and University graduate
- Two or three years of office administrative or lead administrative experience.
- Familiar with the project coordination
- Excellent excel skills and data analysis skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
