Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) superviseur(e) de la collecte de fonds communautaire qui se joindra à notre équipe de philanthropie afin de faire une différence pour la communauté des maladies neuromusculaires par la collecte de fonds essentiels au soutien des efforts de défense des droits, à l'investissement dans la recherche et à la prestation de programmes et services.

**Responsabilités**:

- Élabore des plans ciblés de collecte de fonds autour d’événements afin de dépasser les objectifs de revenus locaux, communautaires, provinciaux et régionaux.
- Trouve de nouvelles sources de revenus philanthropiques, développe les flux de revenus existants pour assurer le maintien des programmes et services de DMC.
- Évalue les besoins locaux, les résultats historiques et les tendances et élabore des plans de collecte de fonds en tenant compte de ces données, afin de continuer à augmenter les revenus.
- Dirige des comités de bénévoles, pour lesquels les activités de collecte de fonds sont prioritaires. Cette responsabilité comprend une communication régulière et continue avec les bénévoles, le recrutement, la formation et l'évaluation des bénévoles, la gestion des réunions du comité, l'encadrement et la célébration des réussites.
- Prépare des documents tels que des présentations, des lettres, des rapports sur les relations avec les donateurs et d'autres documents pertinents qui appuient le cycle complet d'engagement des donateurs et des bénévoles (identification, développement des relations, sollicitation et reconnaissance).
- Fournit un soutien et un accompagnement continus aux bénévoles, partenaires et clients pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de collecte de fonds.
- Collabore avec les bénévoles pour aider à la planification et à la coordination de toute la logistique des événements et, le cas échéant, supervise les activités de collecte de fonds organisées par des tiers.
- Aide à l'identification de prospects pour les dons majeurs et les commandites au sein des communautés.
- Sollicite, sécurise, encadre et établit des relations avec des entreprises commanditaires, des donateurs et d'autres parties prenantes, nouvelles et existantes, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus directs.
- Développe, encadre et assure la assure la rétention des membres de l'équipe les plus performants, en leur donnant les moyens de dépasser les attentes de l'organisation.

**Community Fundraising Manager**

We are seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to join our Philanthropy team and make a difference in the neuromuscular community by raising much needed funds to support ongoing advocacy efforts, investment in research and the provision of programs and services.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develops targeted event-based fundraising plans in order to exceed local, community, provincial and regional revenue objectives
- Finds new sources of philanthropic revenue, grows existing revenue streams necessary to sustain MDC programs and services
- Assesses local needs, historical results and trends and develops fundraising plans, mindful of these learnings, to continue to grow revenue
- Leads volunteer committees where fundraising activity is prioritized. This responsibility includes regular, ongoing communication with volunteers, recruiting, training and evaluating volunteers, managing committee meetings, coaching and celebrating successes
- Prepares materials such as presentations, letters, stewardship reports and other relevant documents/materials that supports the entirely of the donor and volunteer engagement cycle (Discovery, Cultivation, Solicitation and Stewardship)
- Provides ongoing support and stewardship to volunteers, partners and clients to help them achieve their fundraising goals
- Partners with volunteers to support planning and coordination of all event logistics, and where applicable manage 3rd party fundraising activity
- Assists with Major Gift and Sponsor prospect identification within communities
- Solicits, secures, manages, and stewards new and existing corporate sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders to meet direct revenue goals
- Develop, coach, and retain high performing team members, empowering them to exceed organizational expectations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$79,000.00 per year
